Construction Attorney (In-House Counsel) | Cincinnati, OH

A growing company is seeking a Construction Attorney to join its in-house legal team in Cincinnati. This is a hands-on role with real visibility into projects and business decisions — ideal for an attorney who wants to move beyond private practice or deepen their in-house experience in the construction space.

The Role

You'll serve as a key legal partner to project teams and business leadership, managing the full contract lifecycle on construction and commercial agreements. Work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on project disputes, and supporting risk management across the business.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of contracts or construction law experience
• Background in construction, real estate development, or project delivery strongly preferred
• Ohio bar admission required (or eligibility to waive in as in-house counsel)
