Large multi-practice law firm is seeking an experienced construction attorney to join its Construction and Surety practice group. The firm represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, building component manufacturers, lenders, borrowers, architectural and engineering firms, and insurance and surety companies in construction/surety-related matters including contract drafting/negotiation, construction management and project administration, construction defect litigation, delay and disruption claims, breach of contract claims, mechanic’s lien claims, surety bond claims, surety indemnity claims, and all other forms of construction/surety-related litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute. The firm is seeking a lateral partner or senior associate to grow the team. This is an excellent opportunity to take your construction practice to the next level.

Qualifications:

• For Partners - Minimum portable business of $350K; the firm has existing work to add for a full caseload
• For Associates - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a construction practice
• JD from an accredited law school
• PA bar admission required; NJ bar admission helpful
