Concrete Laborer – Stamford to Hartford, CT

Traveling Position | $20 - $25/hr (Travel between job sites and be open to occasional overnight stays (company‑paid) | Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20–$25/hr

Interviews: Mondays & Fridays, 8 AM–12 PM

Current Job Sites: Hartford & Stamford

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with repairing and installing new infrastructure projects.
  • Work with a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Support concrete finishing, coating, and restoration tasks.
  • Perform demolition and general labor duties.
  • Help with setting and dismantling formwork, rebar, and project setups.
  • Travel between job sites and be open to occasional overnight stays (company‑paid).

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in construction, masonry, or landscape/hardscape work.
  • Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Skills in concrete finishing, repair, or general construction.
  • Flexibility to travel to job sites across the state.

Additional Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 Certification – We will provide training if you don’t have it.
  • Experience in concrete finishing is a strong plus.

Work Environment

You’ll work on active construction sites throughout Connecticut, including current projects in Hartford and Stamford, with upcoming work in Norwich. Every day brings something new—different locations, new challenges, and the opportunity to work with a committed, hard‑working crew.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
