Looking for a job where you can stay active, learn real trade skills, and see the results of your work at the end of every shift? We’re hiring Precast Laborers to support the production of large concrete components used in commercial and infrastructure projects.

This is a hands‑on, physical role in an outdoor production environment—ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, moving throughout the day, and being part of a team that builds something tangible.

• Set up, take apart, and assist with concrete forms used in precast production
• Provide hands‑on support across multiple production areas, including custom jobs
• Move, stage, and organize materials to keep operations flowing smoothly
• Measure, cut, fasten, and adjust materials using hand and power tools
• Assist with concrete placement, smoothing, and finishing tasks
• Support equipment operation such as forklifts or material handlers (training available)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift
• Work closely with your crew to meet production goals and quality standards

• Background in construction, labor, or production work preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, wrenches, etc.)
• Familiarity with common power tools used on job sites
• Willingness to work directly with concrete and physical materials
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stay active for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safety‑focused mindset and ability to follow directions

• Precast or concrete production exposure
• Carpentry or form‑building skills
• Forklift or equipment experience
• Ability to read measurements or construction drawings
• Dependable work ethic and interest in learning new skills

This position is based in an outdoor precast yard, similar to a construction site. You’ll be around concrete forms, tools, equipment, and active production. Physical activity and teamwork are part of the daily routine. PPE and proper workwear are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
