Job Title: Concrete Superintendent
Job Description
As a Concrete Superintendent, you will oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to schedule and specifications. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication, implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, manage project schedules, monitor quality control processes, conduct regular site inspections, supervise subcontractors and labor crews, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Additionally, you will review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure clarity and compliance with project scope.
