Concessions Manager

360 Talent is partnering with a premium French luxury brand to appoint a driven, entrepreneurial Concessions Manager to lead and elevate its presence within a high-profile department store environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on ownership - combining sales excellence, clienteling, and brand storytelling to deliver both performance and an exceptional client experience.

You will take full ownership of the concession, acting as a true brand ambassador while building a loyal client base and driving measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Driving

Commercial Excellence

• Own and exceed all KPIs: revenue, UPT, ATV, and conversion
• Leverage sales insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
• Create innovative strategies to increase footfall, engagement, and repeat business

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver a refined, high-touch luxury experience at every interaction
• Build, nurture, and activate a strong client book
• Host VIP appointments and in-store events to deepen loyalty and brand connection

Operations & Concession Management

• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, and reporting
• Partner with department store teams to optimize concession performance and visibility
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years’ experience in luxury or premium retail (concession experience highly preferred)
• A proven performer with a strong track record in sales and clienteling
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in an ownership-driven environment

Offering:

Salary $60,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience.
