The Dash Concessionaire provides fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests purchasing food, beverages, and retail items. This role prepares orders, maintains clean and organized concession areas, supports merchandising and inventory functions, and ensures all transactions and service interactions meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and serve concession food and beverage items according to established standards.
Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging in suggestive selling and anticipating guest needs.
Maintain and troubleshoot concession equipment, perform basic preventative maintenance, and request repairs when needed.
Support merchandising efforts including product displays, store layout, inventory receiving, stocking, and pricing.
Perform cash‑handling duties including operating POS systems, processing transactions, and completing daily reports.
Ensure concession and retail areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.
Follow all operating procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
Assist in other food outlets as needed to support business demands.
Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
