Are you a CNC Programmer, Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Machinist with strong machining and cutting tool experience, looking to transition into a customer-facing sales role where you can apply your technical expertise to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships?

They are seeking a technically strong individual who can transition into a Territory Sales role, leveraging real-world CNC experience to support customers while driving sales performance across the region.


In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key customers, develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and recommend cutting tool solutions. You will play a critical part in growing revenue, strengthening partnerships, and delivering high-value technical sales support.


This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer or Machinist ready to move into technical sales, offering the opportunity to get off the shop floor while still utilizing your machining knowledge in a commercial environment.


The Role:

  • Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors and end users
  • Recommend cutting tool solutions based on customer applications
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth


The Candidate:

  • Background as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, or Manufacturing Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining and cutting tools
  • Interested in transitioning into a sales-focused role
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
