Computer Numerical Control Programmer

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong machining experience who enjoys improving processes and working cross-functionally.

🕒 Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

💲 Pay: $37–$50+/hour

?? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and simulate toolpath
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds based on part requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance efficiency
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate program documentation and setup sheets

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and G-code
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
