Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Vista, CA

Payrate:-$25.00/hr- $40.00/hr on W2

Shift Details: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) or 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)

Overview:

This role requires strong blueprint reading abilities, and advanced knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical expertise and a strong understanding of machining fundamentals.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience with inspection equipment and quality control processes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of precision machining experience.
• Experience working in aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform advanced setups and minor program edits.
• Familiarity with revision-controlled manufacturing documentation
