The Compounder accurately prepares, mixes, and processes chemical compounds used in flavor and fragrance products, following strict formulas, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role works hands-on with raw materials and processing equipment to ensure each batch meets precise specifications for quality, safety, and consistency.
Responsibilities
This role operates in a sample lab and manufacturing environment focused on flavor and fragrance ingredients. You will work around chemical and aromatic raw materials, using processing equipment for mixing, filtering, heating, and chilling. The position follows GMP standards, safety procedures, and compliance guidelines at all times. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
