NOTE: An applicant may meet the minimum qualifications for this job in one of two ways: They may qualify through their work experience alone or through a combination of education and work experience.Seven (7) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position such as documenting regulatory or compliance findings, with a strong emphasis on drafting clear, thorough, and legally defensible written determinations based on observed conditions and applicable regulations.
OR
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position equal to seven (7) years. An example is graduation with a bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, nursing, business administration, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience listed above.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze facts, data, and evidence to arrive at a logical conclusion.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and correspondence.
Ability to observe, electronically record, and interpret information.
Ability to maintain meticulous records.
Ability to present simplified concepts to stakeholders, licensees, and staff.
Ability to use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate errors, and support decision making.
Possess computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft products and Google Workspace, as well as professional email etiquette.
Experience with and ability to write factually accurate, clear, concise, and professional reports.
Experience with courtroom protocol, testifying, and litigation.
Experience with case preparation, including preparing formal complaints, notices, and settlement agreements.
