Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced property management professional who sees compliance not just as paperwork, but as a critical part of providing stable affordable homes to join our Operations Recovery Team/Roving Team as a Compliance and Applications Specialist.
This is a roving, in-person role supporting properties through the Twin Cities metro. The Compliance and Applications Specialist will provide hands-on application processing and compliance support to Aeon's apartment communities, working to meet occupancy and regulatory benchmarks. This position reports to the Portfolio Director.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking skills who can adapt to changing regulations and build effective working relationships with staff and residents.
Compensation, Hours & Location
The pay range for this position is $25-$30/hr depending on experience and skillset. Aeon offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, generous paid time off and an employee assistance program.
This full-time position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
