The Role

Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney - Chicago, IL - up to $225,000 salary - 1-6 years+

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation attorney with experience involving complex, high-stakes plaintiffs' class, mass, and government enforcement actions.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in various stages of litigation including, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, as well as managing discovery, participating in trials, and negotiating settlements and client resolutions.

The Candidate

• Experienced Commercial litigation attorney with a minimum of 1 years experience
• Sophisticated experience in representing on complex and high-stakes plaintiffs matters
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
