The Cedars‑Sinai COACH (Community Outreach Assistance for Children’s Health) for Kids mobile medical clinic is dedicated to meeting the immediate medical, behavioral health and community needs of pediatric patients in South Los Angeles who historically have been underserved in these areas. COACH for Kids provides free transitional medical care and social support services while connecting patients and their families to integrated quality healthcare and other community resources. Services are provided in the community Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and periodically on weekends. Service sites include schools, places of worship, public housing developments, WIC (women, infants and children) centers, Head Start centers and other community agencies. Services are provided within the Cedars‑Sinai Community Benefit Service area, including Central and South Los Angeles, Watts and Crenshaw.

What will you be doing in this role:
The Community Outreach Coordinator – Per Diem is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting a variety of outreach activities for the program.Will work closely with leadership to implement and achieve the goals and mission of the program.The Coordinator will ensure the timely completion of work assignments in accordance with established time-lines.
Experience Requirements:
Two (2) plus years of experience participating in community outreach activities.
Educational/Certifications/Licenses Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Heartsaver CPR Certification. (require to obtain within 60-days of hire date)
CA Class A or B Commercial Driver License required.
