Role Description

This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working closely with boards and residents while overseeing a portfolio of condominium associations. Strong communication skills, organization, and a solid understanding of financials are key to success in this position.

• Ability to Partner with boards and resident managers
• Deliver High-Quality Service to Homeowners
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Board Meeting Organization and Resident Communication
• Support Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Association Software Experience
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
• Previous experience in Community Association Management Preferred
• CMCA Preferred

💰 Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually

📍 Location: Honolulu, HI (in-person)
