Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Specialist to support our internal communications team. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of communications to a global employee audience. The ideal candidate will help ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of messaging while supporting digital tools, content publishing, and workflow coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of internal communications projects and deliverables
  • Assist with publishing and distribution of content across multiple channels, including intranet, email, and SharePoint
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and tasks within project management tools
  • Perform quality assurance tasks such as proofreading, formatting, fact-checking, and routing materials for approval
  • Maintain and update intranet content while supporting overall platform upkeep
  • Provide general support to communications team members and stakeholders, including guidance on processes and best practices
  • Assist with content development, including writing, editing, and templated design support
  • Organize and maintain communications assets, files, and archives
  • Support reporting activities, editorial planning, and meeting preparation
  • Participate in testing new tools, features, and communication channels
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and consistency across communication platforms
  • Perform additional duties as needed


Years Of Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience in communications, project coordination, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing administrative, coordination, and content-related tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint
  • Experience with digital content publishing, CMS, intranet, or website management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management or editorial workflow tools (preferred)
  • Basic writing, editing, and proofreading experience (preferred)
  • Exposure to internal communications, marketing communications, or digital storytelling (preferred)
  • Familiarity with design templates or creative asset coordination (preferred)
