Position: Communications Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA (onsite to start with hybrid flexibility after training)
Duration: 6-8 month contract
Overview:
The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for posting created media, maintaining content posting calendars, tracking analytics of content posts from strategic areas such as HR Recruitment, Field Operations, Sales, Safety, etc. This position reports to a Manager, Employee Engagement and Communications and supports the department in successfully executing company strategies.
Essential Functions
• Post content and responses to appropriate social media accounts and/or internal communications platforms
• Provide support, coordination, and administrative activities related to internal and external communications
• Provide content curation for digital and print communications campaigns
• Generate reports, track communication platform reviews, and complete administrative tasks related to a variety of communication platforms (intranet, digital signage, social media, survey tools, websites, blogs)
