  • Translate complex investment concepts and impact strategies into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and positioning across all external materials.

Marketing Collateral & Pitch Materials

  • Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and other investor- or investee-facing collateral.
  • Partner with investment and investor relations team members to update materials with fund performance, portfolio highlights, and firm milestones.
  • Support the development of new product or strategy materials as the firm evolves.
  • Maintain an organized library of up-to-date marketing assets.

Digital Presence & Brand Positioning

  • Manage and grow the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including content creation and editorial planning.
  • Identify opportunities to highlight portfolio companies, thought leadership, and firm news.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and refine content strategy accordingly.
  • Help shape and reinforce the firm’s brand narrative in the market.

Media & External Visibility

  • Research and identify opportunities for earned and placed media.
  • Draft press materials, contributed articles, and award submissions.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., PR consultants, conference organizers) as needed.
  • Track media coverage and maintain a record of external visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with investment, investor relations, and leadership teams to source content and gather inputs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent deadlines across teams.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes and elevate the firm’s external communications.
