In this role you will partner with the Total Rewards team to bring health, welfare, wellbeing, and compensation initiatives to life in new and engaging ways for our employees. Qualifications
8 or more years of professional experience in internal communications. Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) communication experience preferred.
Key relevant experience:
Complexity:Leading impactful, multi-touch, cross-functional, and transformational communication projects within a large, complex organization.
Channels:Developing creative, effective approaches to reaching a diverse, remote, and mobile workforce.
Global audience:Working globally and managing communications across multiple countries.
Clarity and simplicity:Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and minimize complexity and technical jargon from employee communications.
Required skills:
Project management:Strong organizational skills and proven program management covering multiple projects and diverse goals.
Strong writer:Writes with laser-sharp clarity and attention to detail. Able to revise complex content into a more user friendly style that enables broad employee understaning.
Technical:Expertise with CMS platforms and leveraging AI tools to scale content creation and personalization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Periodic business travel may be required.
