POLYWOOD® is looking for a Commodity Manager – Plastics / Resins who thrives on building strong supplier partnerships, making smart sourcing decisions, and ensuring the right materials are in place to keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how materials, cost, and performance intersect—and enjoys working cross-functionally to support production, quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage sourcing activities across resins, colorants, and plastic-related materials
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with supplier partners
• Support pricing strategies, contract discussions, and cost improvement initiatives
• Partner with operations to support just-in-time delivery and efficient inventory flow
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide sourcing decisions
• Assist in sourcing new materials tied to product innovation and process improvements
• Ensure materials meet performance, quality, and production requirements

What You Bring:

• 3–8 years of experience in plastics, resins, or chemical procurement
• Experience working with resin suppliers, colorants, or related materials
• Exposure to cost analysis, pricing, and supplier negotiations

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
