Duration: 3 Months
Job Description:
- The main objective will be to assist the Commodity Managers with procurement activities including but not limited to assisting with contracts by performing cost analysis, drafting of SOWs or amendments to pre-defined templates, and reviewing contractual language for specific requests, and request for proposals.
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be conducted to assist with closure on ad-hoc requests.
- Direction will be provided by Facility Management Commodity Managers.
Skills:
- High email interaction - ability to type min 60WPM.
- Ability to take instruction and work independently.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to prioritize multi-tasking of activities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 – 4 year experience working with HR Cloud Software solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, etc..) at a user or system administrator level
- Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the purposes of data analysis or for designing or formatting training documents and reference materials.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment
- Must have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Education:
- BS in Supply Chain or Business. Min three years experience in a procurement environment.
- Experience with contracts, request for proposals, and statements of work.
