Role Overview
Wishare Media Group is hiring a Content Creator specializing in commercial and advertising content.
This is NOT a basic content role.
We are looking for someone who can plan, shoot, and edit high-performance ad creatives.
You should understand:
- Commercial pacing
- Advertising storytelling
- Conversion-driven content
- Platform-native ad formats
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Production
- Concept, plan, and execute short-form content for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Develop ad-focused content concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals
2. Commercial Video Production
- Shoot high-quality commercial and ad content (on-site & studio)
- Handle lighting, camera setup, and production logistics
- Work with models, products, and real-life scenarios
3. Advertising Video Editing
- Edit high-performing ad creatives for paid media
- Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
- Optimize pacing for:
- Engagement
- Retention
- Conversion
- Adapt editing styles based on different brands and audiences
4. Post-Production
- Color correction & grading
- Motion graphics & text animation (basic–intermediate)
- Subtitles & platform formatting
- Transform raw footage into conversion-focused ad creatives
5. Performance-Oriented Content Optimization
- Understand what makes content convert
- Iterate based on ad performance feedback
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Media, Film, Design, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in content creation / video production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial & ad work
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Ability to work on-site in El Monte, CA
Preferred
- Experience in DTC brands / advertising agency / performance marketing
- Experience editing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Familiarity with short-form content trends & platform algorithms
