LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Title Specialist to support a high-volume commercial real estate practice handling complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, and title industry professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Review title searches, surveys, and related documentation for commercial real estate transactions
  • Prepare and issue title commitments, policies, and endorsements
  • Resolve title issues and coordinate curative matters to facilitate successful closings
  • Support purchase, refinance, construction, leasehold, and other commercial transactions
  • Maintain accurate file records and assist with reporting and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies throughout the transaction process


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial title, title underwriting, or commercial real estate transaction experience
  • Strong understanding of title insurance practices, escrow processes, and commercial real estate documentation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with title and escrow software preferred
  • Title Producer License(s) a plus, but not required
