We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help grow our commercial exterior services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals in the commercial construction space.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial exterior service opportunities, which includes roofing, siding, painting, and other related trades
- Build relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, consultants, and general contractors
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and customer consultations
- Collaborate with operations to develop accurate, competitive proposals
- Sell repair, maintenance, restoration, and reroofing solutions
- Track sales activity and opportunities in CRM
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong relationship builder with a proactive sales mindset
- Experience in commercial construction, roofing, or exterior services preferred
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients in the field
