Ideally, this candidate will have 3+ year's experience doing complex commercial real estate transactions and assisting with drafting/reviewing closing documents and title opinions. Must have experience doing title review searches for commercial and residential properties. Must have either a Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate. This is a key role for the real estate team.
