Commercial Real Estate Operations Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Operations Manager to support and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a privately held commercial real estate company. This role works closely with executive leadership, professional partners, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and well‑coordinated real estate activities across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property marketing materials, outside marketing vendors, and vacancy plans
• Coordinate property upkeep to support market readiness
• Manage internal service contracts (internet, office services, etc.)
• Organize and support Operations and Executive Meetings
• Coordinate commercial real estate closings, due diligence, legal, and loan partners
• Serve as point of contact for tax accountant coordination and depreciation support
• Manage contracts and relationships with engineering, legal, and technical vendors

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
