Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
o Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking 
o Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending

Responsible for processing routine to complex transactions or reconcilements relating to loan servicing on agented syndicated deals that meet the above requirement. The following are responsibilities/functions associated with this position.  Act as the administrative Agent in Syndicated Credit Facilities lead by Wells Fargo.  Candidate needs to be a professional fully responsible for administration of a portfolio of syndicated lending facilities made up of approximately 25-30 Borrowers and 40-55 facilities averaging $5 Billion in commercial Lines of Credit. Interact daily with internal and external customers .  Archive all documentation related to portfolio of facilities managed. Possess the ability to interpret the Credit Agreement and to be the direct point-of-contact to Borrowers and Syndicate members. Utilize the core Wells Fargo syndicated lending system (Loan IQ). Responsible for processing of all loan and letter of credit activity on portfolio; as well as reconcilement between booking and servicing systems.  Responsible to trigger all required events under the structure including billing for interest, fees and other events. Responsible for the accuracy of all calculations and providing explanations to borrowers/syndicate members.  Responsible for review and sign off of all trade documentation for agented deals in portfolio; as well as uploading necessary deal information to Syndtrak.  Responsible for processing indicative data changes and researching all inquiries on portfolio.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.  

• This position is located at 1525 W W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262. Telecommute is NOT an option.
• The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm. Hours may change due to business needs.

Please Note: This position is currently working remotely but will be expected to return to the Charlotte location at a future point in time when Wells Fargo returns to standard operating model.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: banking, accounting, finance, title, insurance, loan administration, or loan servicing; or 1+ year of experience with syndicated/agency loan servicing; or successful completion of an agency/syndicated loan servicing training program
  • 1+ year of experience working with Loan IQ software; or successfully completed Wells Fargo Agency Services Training

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $49,000 Mid: $68,000
