Role Description

Ottinger Law Group is seeking a qualified Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney for a contract hybrid role in Nashville, TN. All remote candidates with experience will be considered. The role involves managing all aspects of commercial real estate lease drafting and review with a focus on hospitality, retail, office and industrial leasing. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in all types of commercial real estate leasing
• Expertise in leases, due diligence, and lease negotiations for commercial properties
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures
• Strong detail-oriented skills and ability to analyze complex contracts and regulatory requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Tennessee, or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with real estate developers or other corporate clients is a plus
• 3-5 years of legal experience in a related field preferred
