Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
- Substantive "dirt" real estate background, including two or more of the following: acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and commercial finance
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- NY bar admission required
