Role Description
MUST HAVE CA CERTIFIED GENERAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL LICENSE. This is a contractor position. We need someone that can complete multiple apartment inspections per week, sometimes mulitple in one day. Coverage area is west of downtown Los Angeles, south Bay, and the valley. The contractor will also be responsible for communicating details about the site, improvements, comparable properties, and neighborhood to the appraiser.
Inspections and site/improvement write ups are typically due within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order.
This is not a full-time role at this time, but there is potential for some valuation work eventually for the right candidate.

Compensation
$75 per hour for drive time*, inspection, and inspection reporting.
