Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Commercial Real Estate Analyst 2 in the Hospitality Finance Group, who will be directly responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of assigned relationships and real estate loans, and underwriting of new real estate loan requests as well as the modification of existing loans.
YOUR ROLE AS A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE FINANCIAL ANALYST
You will work closely with the relationship managers to underwrite real estate, develop a deep understanding of market fundamentals, and borrower’s balance sheet profiles. You will also assist relationship managers as they meet with their clients on a regular basis to ensure we continue to satisfy their needs and to identify future opportunities.
