Project & Launch Management

• Support development and execution of pipeline and portfolio strategy by translating asset objectives into detailed, cross-functional project plans

• Provide project management support to commercial brand and launch teams in coordination with launch PM leadership

• Lead and manage all aspects of project management, including strategic and tactical planning, brand deep dives, and launch readiness activities

• Establish and facilitate team governance, ways of working, and kickoff sessions

• Plan and execute key commercial initiatives, including new asset or indication launches, and ongoing brand operations

• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, brand leader calls, and launch deliverable sessions

• Lead launch readiness workshops and “Walk-the-Walls” exercises


Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate across a highly matrixed organization including Brand Teams, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Business Analytics, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Promotional Compliance

• Partner with US commercialization teams to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

• Support collaboration with alliance partners where applicable

• Ensure alignment, accountability, and progress across all stakeholders


Project Planning, Tracking & Execution

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers

• Manage risk logs (RAID), escalation plans, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues

• Monitor progress against critical path and escalate issues as needed

• Develop and maintain key project documentation including:

o Project plans and executive timelines

o KPIs, scorecards, and status reports

o RACI, team charters, org charts, and communication plans


Governance & Reporting

• Prepare executive-ready presentations, governance materials, and pipeline updates

• Provide regular project status updates and insights to senior leadership

• Support governance forums and decision-making processes with clear, actionable reporting

• Track action items and ensure follow-up and accountability


Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support

• Serve as a trusted advisor to brand and asset teams

• Continuously improve tools, templates, and project management methodologies


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences, business, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus)

• 3–6+ years (or 5+ years preferred) of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry

• Experience in commercialization, pipeline strategy, launch planning, or brand strategy

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, KPIs, and tools

• Consulting experience is a plus


Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification

• Strategic planning experience within commercial (sales/marketing) organizations

• Experience working across strategic alliances

• Advanced Excel and/or Microsoft Project skills
