Join an experienced construction team as a Painter supporting interior projects across New Haven County, including work on university and hospital facilities. You will perform high-quality interior painting using brush and roller techniques on commercial and residential construction projects, with an initial focus on a multi-month assignment and the potential for ongoing, long-term work based on performance.

You will join a stable, well-regarded construction company known for its strong reputation and long-standing relationships with prominent general contractors and institutional clients. Work Environment
This is a field-based role working on active construction sites throughout New Haven County, including university and hospital projects as well as other commercial locations. Typical schedules run Monday through Friday, either 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of Saturday or Sunday work depending on project needs and up to approximately 10 hours of overtime. You will work as part of a crew of 6–10 people, with support from a core group of highly experienced employees. The environment is fast-paced and safety-focused, with standard construction site conditions. Painters must provide their own painter’s pants and work boots, while shirts, hard hats, and safety glasses are supplied. The company maintains a professional yet friendly atmosphere, with minimal turnover and a strong emphasis on teamwork and long-term employee relationships.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
