As a Commercial Painter with CBRE, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a world‑class facility through high‑quality finishes, surface prep, and specialty coatings. You’ll take pride in your craft while working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results for our client.
4X10 Schedule: 1pm-12am (flexible with days)
What You’ll Do:
  • Use necessary tools and equipment to complete duties related to application of varnish, polyurethane, primer paint, and other specialty coatings.
  • Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces to ensure facilities are properly maintained.
  • Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools.
  • Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials to sustain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and order materials, equipment, tools to complete assigned work.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
  • Participate in all required HSE-related programs & activities as required.
  • Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
