Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Litigation Lateral Partner. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing commercial litigation matters, advising clients on legal strategies, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also entails collaborating with other attorneys, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the firm's practice areas.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Corporate and Business Entity Law, and expertise in Commercial Contract and Property Law
• Proficiency in Intellectual Property matters and handling issues related to Insurance law
• Experience with Professional Negligence cases and related litigation
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for legal documentation and client consultation
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Extensive experience in commercial litigation
