Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Creditors’ rights experience strongly preferred
- Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
- Trial experience a plus
- Background in commercial loan workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcy matters preferred
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage complex matters in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Motivated, detail‑oriented attorney with sound judgment
- Florida Bar admission required
