A boutique commercial litigation firm in Plano is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (around 5 years) to join its team.

The Role
You will handle a mix of plaintiff and defense commercial litigation matters (roughly 50/50 to 60/40 plaintiff-leaning), including:
• Business and commercial disputes
• Contract and partnership litigation
• Complex civil litigation matters
• Case strategy, motion practice, and discovery
• Direct client interaction and relationship building
