This Commercial Litigation Attorney role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in both New York State and Federal courts. This partner-track position is actively interviewing and provides a rare opportunity to develop courtroom and case strategy expertise within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution
• Handle cases in New York State and Federal courts across all litigation phases
• Manage discovery in large, high-stakes disputes, including document review and production
• Take and defend depositions in complex litigation matters
• Draft, argue, and support dispositive and procedural motions
• Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategy and case development
• Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal insights

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York Bar (NY Bar required)
• Experience in federal and state court litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing complex cases and discovery processes
• Federal Court judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
