A respected and growing litigation-focused firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate
Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its New York office. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, including disputes involving global clients and cross-border issues.
This partner-track position is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on meaningful responsibility in complex litigation and arbitration matters while working alongside experienced litigators.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft motion papers, pleadings, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs in state and federal courts
• Conduct in-depth legal research using advanced research tools such as Westlaw
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting demands and responses and overseeing e-discovery
• Conduct depositions and assist in trial preparation, with first-chair experience considered a plus
• Collaborate with litigation teams to develop case strategies and execution plans
• Communicate directly with domestic and international clients on case developments

Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney
• Strong knowledge of New York State and Federal civil procedure (NY Bar required)
• Experience across multiple phases of litigation, including arbitration and motion practice
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Admission to New Jersey Bar is a plus
