Key Responsibilities
• Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings and proceedings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Assist in case strategy, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation matters and client strategies
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney
• Experience in civil and commercial litigation required; toxic tort experience is a plus
• Licensed in Illinois (Illinois Bar required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
