Commercial Lines CSR

A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a contractor-heavy commercial book of business. This role requires strong technical knowledge and confidence handling complex policies and frequent certificate requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and support contractor and construction-related commercial accounts
• Issue and manage complex certificates of insurance
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, audits, and mid-term policy changes
• Manage coverage across General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Contractors, Trucking, and some Professional Liability
• Review contracts and insurance requirements for compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• 2+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Commercial lines experience strongly preferred
• Contractor / construction account experience a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Epic agency management system experience highly desirable

Compensation & Schedule:

• $52,000–$55,000 salary for experienced candidates
• Commission opportunities available in the first year
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
