Our client, an established and highly regarded 150-attorney full-service law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Commercial Leasing Associate to join its busy commercial real estate practice.
The ideal candidates will have 4-8 years of experience negotiating office, retail, industrial, and other commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. Experience with sale-purchase transactions, financings, and joint ventures is a plus. Must have demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
The firm seeks candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be admitted in New York.
