Commercial Counsel (3–5 YOE) — High-Growth Infrastructure Platform

We’re working with a rapidly scaling, publicly traded infrastructure platform building next-generation energy and technology systems. This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, deal-heavy in-house role at an early stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements
• Support M&A, debt finance, capital markets, and real estate transactions
• Advise on day-to-day business and operational legal issues
• Partner closely with internal teams across finance, operations, and leadership
• Assist with legal processes, documentation, and knowledge management

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• Strong exposure to corporate, finance, or transactional work
• Experience with M&A, capital markets, or real estate preferred
• Business-minded, execution-focused, and able to operate independently
