In this role, you aren’t just updating charts—you are the architect of project execution for one of our largest global energy accounts. Based in Houston, you will oversee high-stakes capital projects across multiple sites, ensuring our integrated facilities management remains world-class, eco-friendly, and ahead of schedule.

  • Master the Timeline: Create and update weekly schedules, providing the monthly deep-dive analyses that internal and external stakeholders rely on.
  • Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify "red flags" and work directly with project personnel to keep delivery on track.
  • Optimize Logic: Apply advanced critical path analysis, resource loading, and predecessor/successor relationships to ensure project integrity.
  • Standardize Success: Formulate new processes and procedures to improve the accuracy of our Integrated Master Schedules.

Technical Requirements & "Must-Haves"

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:


Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)


P6 Experience

Minimum 4 years of direct project control experience with Primavera P6


Management

5 years of management experience


Industry Experience

3 years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services


Software

Proficiency in MS Project & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe)

Training

Formal training in Project Scheduling techniques and associated software


Position Summary & Key Duties

As the lead coordinator for designated capital projects, you will review proposals, establish work plans, and manage contractors to ensure we stay under budget and on time.

  • Construction Management: Full-cycle scheduling and financial oversight.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensuring every project meets our client's rigorous safety standards.
  • Project Engineering: Ensuring all designs and adaptations meet specific codes and specs.
  • Sub-contractor Management: Serving as the bridge between vendors and project goals.
  • Administration: Maintaining meticulous documentation, meeting minutes, and customer liaison records.
