We are looking foraClient Relationship Associate in Denver,CO.

Essential Functions:

  • Actively supports multiple Relationship Managers by providing a variety of loan support services to new and existing clients
  • Help facilitate the commercial loan process from initiation through closing/funding and servicing
  • Communicates with clients/prospects to collect due diligence items
  • Reviews various documents related to entity formation, real estate/title, UCCs, insurance, collateral perfection, etc.
  • Ensures accurate loan documentation and receipt of fees
  • Monitors maturing loan reports; tracks & manages loan exceptions
  • Effectively handles frequent contact with internal and external partners and inter-organizational managers on non-routine, sensitive, and/or high-level matters
  • Proficiently handles projects that are complex in nature which may require the frequent use of independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices
  • Creates and fosters internal partnerships to facilitate client transactions & servicing
  • Consistently provides an exceptional level of service, utilizing professional verbal and written communication
  • Collaborates to develop strategies to meet the needs of clients
  • Ensures adherence to compliance regulations, security, bank policies, procedures, and goals
  • Completes research as needed, following each issue through to timely resolution
  • Is flexible and assists other team members as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of banking, loans/documentation, lending processes or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of lending and general bank processes, loan principles, and loan systems
  • Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ability to process, audit, and review client information
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail required
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to re-prioritize frequently to meet changing deadlines
  • Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work with limited direction
  • Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $32.69hr - $37.50hr annuallydepending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
