Commercial Banking Administrator III - CRE Boston (based in 125 High Street, Boston) works very independently handling accounts of large size and complexity and/or high volume of accounts. Supports a CRE lending team while being responsible for the review and completion of due diligence associated with the commercial loan documentation/closing process, including the satisfaction of approval conditions prior to the preparation of commercial loan documentation and controlling the disbursement of new loan proceeds by reviewing attorney prepared documents to ensure adherence to loan approval requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing post-closing exception items and working closely with customers and attorneys to manage the loan closing process. Provides support and guidance to less experienced Commercial Banking Administrators.
Provide administrative support to the Commercial Banking group by generating nCino management reports and assist in the testing of nCino system upgrades and the addition of new nCino products.
12. Must work within the boundaries of the division and bank’s policies and procedures. The Commercial Banking Administrator III must have the ability to work independently and to consistently demonstrate the ability to balance multiple assignments and priorities. Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have the interpersonal skills needed for a positive team environment.
