Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Collections Account Support Specialist to join our busy accounting team, resident in the Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for working in tandem with attorneys and clients. You will review collection assignments with our attorneys and contact our clients regarding their outstanding invoices. You will also be providing clients with requested information as well as maintaining and inputting information into our accounting software database. An associate degree in bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience and an understanding of accounting functions and principles within a professional services environment. Prior experience working in an accounting environment is desirable.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $49,200 to $60,450. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
