Location: Florida (100% Remote / Consultative)Practice Type: Psychotherapy & Cognitive Training for Seniors (Low Acuity)Status: Passive Supervision / Administrative PartnershipAbout the Partnership:We are seeking a Florida-licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a streamlined, administrative-focused supervisory role. Our practice consists of 20 part-time PMHNPs providing psychotherapy and cognitive training to seniors. This role is designed for a practitioner seeking a high-volume, low-effort supplemental contract with nearly zero clinical risk. The "Passive" Advantage:
No Prescribing: Providers are strictly prohibited from prescribing under this agreement. You bear zero risk for medication errors or DEA-controlled substance management.
Low-Volume Commitment: While the group size is 15-20, the providers are part-time, seeing between 2 and 6 patients. Your total monthly time commitment is estimated at 2–4 hours.
Streamlined Audits: We maintain an internal QA system. Your role is limited to a minimal, random monthly chart audit (1-2%) to satisfy Florida’s general supervision requirement.
Zero On-Site Requirement: 100% remote. No physical presence is required; you simply remain available for periodic telehealth consultation if requested.
Practice managed requirements: Practice will maintain the on-site Collaborative Practice Protocol for the group and file the standard Board of Medicine Notification Form (DH-MQA 1069) for the team (30-day window).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-level quarterly quality reviews of psychotherapy notes.
The psychiatrist must still be "readily available" via telephone or electronic communication.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license.
Board Certification in Psychiatry.
Clean disciplinary record for the past 5 years.
Compensation: We offer a Flat Monthly Group Stipend of $1500-$2000 (negotiable based on desired audit depth) rather than a per-provider fee to ensure sustainable overhead for our therapy-only model.
