Coiled Tubes Services Mill Spooling Operator - Houston, TX

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: OTHERS

Performs the operation of spooling the tubing onto the milling spool, in a safe manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Executes the spool setup and spooling pre-operation checklist.
• Works with SUCH to stage spools needed.
• Loads Spools onto the foundation.
• Performs spooling operation.
• Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
• Updates information in the tracking systems.
• Performs mill changeovers and assists in setups

Schedule:

This position will be required to work on a rotating shift and to work overtime, holidays, shifts and weekends (if needed).

Preferred skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with operating a forklift
• Familiar with operating an overhead crane
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude
• Familiar with ERW process and the Tubing Industry
